Self-Sufficient Communities:
Jim Bell calls himself an "Ecological Designer." He has some excellent ideas for creating community self-sufficiency, in the production of electricity, food, and water. Better yet, these are not just ideas; he is leading a campaign to implement them in San Diego, California.
If enough of us present such information to the leaders of our own communities, and if we get enough other people to support the movement of the community in this direction, we can make giant leaps toward the health and safety of everyone, including Mother Earth....
